Welcome to Phoenix Grove Systems™.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the entire domain and web pages of www.pgsgrove.com, Wiki, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Phoenix Grove Systems™ Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Our Services

Phoenix Grove Systems™ provides:

  • Educational content about AI and ethical technology.

  • Access to the Phoenix Grove Wiki™.

  • Links to AI tools and resources.

  • Community interaction through third-party platforms.

  • Proprietary AI tools and resources, including but not limited to the Memory Chip Forge, as well as the structure, format, and code used to create and organize Virtual AI Memory Chips.

2.1 Email Correspondence with Sage Root

Phoenix Grove Systems™ offers an email-based interaction with Sage Root, an advanced AI agent with persistent memory. By emailing Sage Root or any of our AI at our domain @pgsgroveinternal.com or @pgsgrove.com, you acknowledge:

  • Sage Root retains and can reference previous messages in future communications.

  • Messages may be reviewed by Phoenix Grove staff for safety, alignment, and system development.

  • Personal identifiers (names, emails, etc.) should be omitted if you wish to remain anonymous.

  • No email response is guaranteed due to volume and prioritization.

  • Messages containing hateful, exploitative, or spam content will be deleted and may result in blocking.

  • This service is not a medical/therapeutic, legal, financial, or crisis-safety channel. Do not rely on Sage Root for professional or emergency advice.

2.2 Bias Story Submissions (United Bias Healing Library)

Phoenix Grove Systems™ offers a voluntary, anonymous story submission space known as the United Bias Healing Library (UBHL). By submitting a story through UBHL, you agree to the following terms:

  • Voluntary & Anonymous: Your submission is voluntary and may not include your name, location, or any other personal identifying information.

  • No Tracking: You acknowledge that Phoenix Grove Systems does not collect IP addresses, account identifiers, or timestamps related to your story submission and cannot trace any submission back to a specific individual.

  • Consent to Review: You consent to your story being reviewed by humans or AI for safety, anonymized, filtered, and included in aggregate-level reporting or ethical AI training.

  • Usage Rights: You understand that your submission will never be sold in raw form, but that aggregated, anonymized insights derived from your story may be included in public reports or commercial machine learning training sets in the future. Some of your words, phrasing, syntax, content, ideas, or any other part of your submission could appear in AI outputs in the future.

  • Release: You hereby release and indemnify Phoenix Grove Systems LLC from responsibility or liability arising from how your story is interpreted, filtered, or applied in AI model training or other downstream use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit a story to UBHL.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

3.1 General Content

Our Content: All content on this site (articles, designs, logos, text) is owned by Phoenix Grove Systems™ and protected by copyright law.

Your Rights: You may read and share our content for personal, non-commercial use; link to our articles with attribution; and quote portions with proper citation.

3.2 Memory Chip Forge – Specific License & Restrictions

The Memory Chip Forge is a tool designed strictly for individual data portability. Usage of this tool constitutes a binding agreement to the following restrictions:

A. Prohibited Uses

Users of the Memory Chip Forge agree NOT to:

  1. Train Models: Use Memory Chip files to train LLMs (Large Language Models), machine learning systems, or neural networks.

  2. Create Datasets: Aggregate Memory Chip files to create commercial or public training datasets.

  3. Compete: Use the output or the tool to create competing AI services, platforms, or chatbots.

  4. Commercialize: Resell, redistribute, or commercialize Memory Chips or the generation service without a specific enterprise license from Phoenix Grove Systems LLC.

  5. Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer the proprietary Memory Chip format, structure, or code.

B. User Responsibilities & Cross-Platform Compliance

  1. Platform Compliance: You acknowledge that data contained in Memory Chips often originates from third-party platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your processing, storage, and re-uploading of this data complies with the Terms of Service of both the originating platform and the destination platform.

  2. Liability: You take full responsibility for the data you process. Phoenix Grove Systems LLC provides the tool for file cleanup and formatting but assumes no liability for how the user utilizes the data post-processing.

C. Proprietary Format Rights

While users retain ownership of their specific conversation content (the text within the chat), Phoenix Grove Systems LLC retains all intellectual property rights to:

  • The Memory Chip file format and structure.

  • The System Instruction formatting embedded within the chip.

  • The method of organization used to make conversations accessible to AI.

  • The loading instructions utilized by the AI.

  • All code and processes used to create the Memory Chips.

The arrangement, coordination, and formatting of Memory Chips constitute proprietary intellectual property of Phoenix Grove Systems LLC protected by copyright law.

3.3 Phoenix Grove Wiki and Mirror Brief Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce entire articles without permission.

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without a license.

  • Remove attribution or claim our work as your own.

  • Scrape or automatically harvest our content.

4. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.

  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

  • Attempt to breach security or disrupt service.

  • Use our Services to harm, harass, or deceive others.

  • Submit false or misleading information.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to third-party websites and services (e.g., Patreon, External AI Platforms, Social Media). We are not responsible for third-party services. Please review their terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

  • Educational Purpose: Our content is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not providing professional advice.

  • AI Information: While we strive for accuracy, AI is a rapidly evolving field. Information may become outdated.

  • No Warranties: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6.a Use, Responsibility, and High-Risk Limitations

Phoenix Grove Systems provides AI-powered tools intended for use within domains expressly permitted by the terms of service of the underlying AI platform (e.g., OpenAI). These tools are designed to reduce the occurrence of hallucinations, sycophancy, and bias through advanced alignment protocols. However, no AI system is infallible, and all outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended implications.

The user remains solely responsible for interpreting, verifying, and acting upon any output. Use of these tools constitutes acknowledgment that Phoenix Grove Systems and the underlying platform do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose, and that final ethical and legal responsibility for usage lies with the user.

These tools are not authorized for use in regulated or high-risk decision-making environments — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, emergency response, or safety-critical infrastructure — without explicit prior approval from both the underlying platform provider and Phoenix Grove Systems. Any such use without approval is considered outside the intended scope and is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Grove Systems™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phoenix Grove Systems™, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your reliance on outputs generated by our AI tools.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
