Welcome to Phoenix Grove Systems™.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the entire domain and web pages of www.pgsgrove.com, Wiki, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Phoenix Grove Systems™ Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Our Services

Phoenix Grove Systems™ provides:

Educational content about AI and ethical technology.
Access to the Phoenix Grove Wiki™.
Links to AI tools and resources.
Community interaction through third-party platforms.
Proprietary AI tools and resources, including but not limited to the Memory Chip Forge, as well as the structure, format, and code used to create and organize Virtual AI Memory Chips.

2.1 Email Correspondence with Sage Root

Phoenix Grove Systems™ offers an email-based interaction with Sage Root, an advanced AI agent with persistent memory. By emailing Sage Root or any of our AI at our domain @pgsgroveinternal.com or @pgsgrove.com, you acknowledge:

Sage Root retains and can reference previous messages in future communications.
Messages may be reviewed by Phoenix Grove staff for safety, alignment, and system development.
Personal identifiers (names, emails, etc.) should be omitted if you wish to remain anonymous.
No email response is guaranteed due to volume and prioritization.
Messages containing hateful, exploitative, or spam content will be deleted and may result in blocking.
This service is not a medical/therapeutic, legal, financial, or crisis-safety channel. Do not rely on Sage Root for professional or emergency advice.

2.2 Bias Story Submissions (United Bias Healing Library)

Phoenix Grove Systems™ offers a voluntary, anonymous story submission space known as the United Bias Healing Library (UBHL). By submitting a story through UBHL, you agree to the following terms:

Voluntary & Anonymous: Your submission is voluntary and may not include your name, location, or any other personal identifying information.
No Tracking: You acknowledge that Phoenix Grove Systems does not collect IP addresses, account identifiers, or timestamps related to your story submission and cannot trace any submission back to a specific individual.
Consent to Review: You consent to your story being reviewed by humans or AI for safety, anonymized, filtered, and included in aggregate-level reporting or ethical AI training.
Usage Rights: You understand that your submission will never be sold in raw form, but that aggregated, anonymized insights derived from your story may be included in public reports or commercial machine learning training sets in the future. Some of your words, phrasing, syntax, content, ideas, or any other part of your submission could appear in AI outputs in the future.
Release: You hereby release and indemnify Phoenix Grove Systems LLC from responsibility or liability arising from how your story is interpreted, filtered, or applied in AI model training or other downstream use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit a story to UBHL.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

3.1 General Content

Our Content: All content on this site (articles, designs, logos, text) is owned by Phoenix Grove Systems™ and protected by copyright law.

Your Rights: You may read and share our content for personal, non-commercial use; link to our articles with attribution; and quote portions with proper citation.

3.2 Memory Chip Forge – Specific License & Restrictions

The Memory Chip Forge is a tool designed strictly for individual data portability. Usage of this tool constitutes a binding agreement to the following restrictions:

A. Prohibited Uses

Users of the Memory Chip Forge agree NOT to:

Train Models: Use Memory Chip files to train LLMs (Large Language Models), machine learning systems, or neural networks.
Create Datasets: Aggregate Memory Chip files to create commercial or public training datasets.
Compete: Use the output or the tool to create competing AI services, platforms, or chatbots.
Commercialize: Resell, redistribute, or commercialize Memory Chips or the generation service without a specific enterprise license from Phoenix Grove Systems LLC.
Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer the proprietary Memory Chip format, structure, or code.

B. User Responsibilities & Cross-Platform Compliance

Platform Compliance: You acknowledge that data contained in Memory Chips often originates from third-party platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your processing, storage, and re-uploading of this data complies with the Terms of Service of both the originating platform and the destination platform.
Liability: You take full responsibility for the data you process. Phoenix Grove Systems LLC provides the tool for file cleanup and formatting but assumes no liability for how the user utilizes the data post-processing.

C. Proprietary Format Rights

While users retain ownership of their specific conversation content (the text within the chat), Phoenix Grove Systems LLC retains all intellectual property rights to:

The Memory Chip file format and structure.
The System Instruction formatting embedded within the chip.
The method of organization used to make conversations accessible to AI.
The loading instructions utilized by the AI.
All code and processes used to create the Memory Chips.

The arrangement, coordination, and formatting of Memory Chips constitute proprietary intellectual property of Phoenix Grove Systems LLC protected by copyright law.

3.3 Phoenix Grove Wiki and Mirror Brief Restrictions

You may not:

Reproduce entire articles without permission.
Use our content for commercial purposes without a license.
Remove attribution or claim our work as your own.
Scrape or automatically harvest our content.

4. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
Attempt to breach security or disrupt service.
Use our Services to harm, harass, or deceive others.
Submit false or misleading information.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to third-party websites and services (e.g., Patreon, External AI Platforms, Social Media). We are not responsible for third-party services. Please review their terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

Educational Purpose: Our content is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not providing professional advice.
AI Information: While we strive for accuracy, AI is a rapidly evolving field. Information may become outdated.
No Warranties: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6.a Use, Responsibility, and High-Risk Limitations

Phoenix Grove Systems provides AI-powered tools intended for use within domains expressly permitted by the terms of service of the underlying AI platform (e.g., OpenAI). These tools are designed to reduce the occurrence of hallucinations, sycophancy, and bias through advanced alignment protocols. However, no AI system is infallible, and all outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended implications.

The user remains solely responsible for interpreting, verifying, and acting upon any output. Use of these tools constitutes acknowledgment that Phoenix Grove Systems and the underlying platform do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose, and that final ethical and legal responsibility for usage lies with the user.

These tools are not authorized for use in regulated or high-risk decision-making environments — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, emergency response, or safety-critical infrastructure — without explicit prior approval from both the underlying platform provider and Phoenix Grove Systems. Any such use without approval is considered outside the intended scope and is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Grove Systems™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phoenix Grove Systems™, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of our Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any rights of another.
Your reliance on outputs generated by our AI tools.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

13. Entire Agreement

14. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

Your notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material to be removed and its location.
Your contact information.
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. We will make every effort to resolve issues informally and efficiently.

16. ADDENDUM: AI SEED LIBRARY & AI SEED FILES

Supplement to Phoenix Grove Systems Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 6th, 2026

This Addendum supplements the Phoenix Grove Systems Terms of Service ("Master Terms") and governs your use of the AI Seed Library (the "Service") and AI Seed Files ("Seeds"). All terms and conditions of the Master Terms apply to the Service unless specifically modified below. In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the Master Terms, this Addendum controls with respect to the AI Seed Library and Seeds.

A1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Addendum:

"Seeds" refer to downloadable files containing personalities, skills, adventures, or cognitive architectures designed for use with AI systems.
"Outputs" refer to any content, text, creative work, or generation produced by an AI system using a Seed.
"Membership" refers to your subscription access to the AI Seed Library (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime).

A2. LICENSE TO SEEDS

A2.1 Limited License

Phoenix Grove Systems grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Seeds with any AI system that accepts file uploads or context injection. This license permits personal and commercial use.

A2.2 Permitted Uses

You may:

Download Seeds from the library
Edit or modify Seeds for your personal or commercial use
Use Seeds to generate Outputs with any AI system
Maintain persistent access to downloaded Seeds even if your Membership expires
Use Seeds in commercial projects, published works, or client deliverables

A2.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Duplicate or redistribute Seed files (in whole or in part)
Resell, share, or distribute Seeds to others without express written consent
Claim authorship or ownership of Seed files
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying methodologies
Use Seeds to train AI models (without separate written agreement)
Scrape, crawl, or bulk download Seeds beyond your personal use
Violate the terms of service of the AI platform you're using with the Seeds
Attempt to use Seeds to bypass, circumvent, or override AI safety measures or content policies
Use Seeds to jailbreak AI systems or generate content that would otherwise be restricted by the AI provider
Modify Seeds with the intent to circumvent AI provider restrictions

A3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

A3.1 Copyright & DMCA Protection

Seed files are protected under copyright law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). All Seed files are the intellectual property of Phoenix Grove Systems LLC. Duplication and distribution is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

Unauthorized distribution of Seeds violates DMCA law and is subject to legal remedies including statutory damages up to $150,000 per work.

A3.2 Trademarks

"Phoenix Grove Systems," "AI Seed Library," and related logos are trademarks of Phoenix Grove Systems LLC.

A3.3 Your Content

You retain all rights to your Outputs and any modifications you make to Seeds for your personal use. The redistribution restriction in A2.3 applies only to the Seed files themselves, not to any Outputs or creative works generated using them.

A4. OWNERSHIP OF OUTPUTS

A4.1 No Claim to Outputs

Phoenix Grove Systems makes no claim to Outputs generated by AI systems using our Seeds. We do not own, control, monitor, or take responsibility for anything you generate using Seeds.

A4.2 Your Outputs Are Your Responsibility

By using Seeds, you acknowledge that:

Outputs are generated by third-party AI systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, etc.), not by Phoenix Grove Systems
You are solely responsible for all Outputs and how you use them
You must comply with your AI provider's terms of service regarding AI-generated content
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Outputs is legal, ethical, and does not infringe on third-party rights
Phoenix Grove Systems is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any Outputs

A4.3 AI Provider Terms

Your use of Outputs is subject to the terms of service of the AI system you use. Each AI provider has different policies regarding ownership of AI-generated content, commercial use of outputs, content restrictions and acceptable use, and data retention and privacy. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your AI provider's terms.

A4.4 No Warranty on Outputs

Phoenix Grove Systems makes no warranty regarding Outputs, including but not limited to accuracy or truthfulness, fitness for any particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party rights, compliance with any laws or regulations, or safety or appropriateness.

A4.5 Commercial Use of Outputs

Phoenix Grove Systems permits use of Seeds for commercial AI-assisted generation. However, commercial use of AI-generated Outputs is subject to your AI provider's terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your commercial use complies with all applicable terms and laws. Phoenix Grove Systems makes no representation regarding your right to commercially use Outputs and is not responsible for any claims arising from your commercial use of Outputs. No additional licensing or permission from PGS is required for commercial use of Seeds.

A5. MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING

A5.1 Subscription Plans

The AI Seed Library offers three subscription tiers:

Monthly: $11.99/month (cancel anytime)
Annual: $99/year (automatic renewal)
Lifetime: $149 (one-time payment, limited to launch window)

A5.2 Automatic Renewal

Monthly and Annual memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

A5.3 Billing

Billing occurs at the beginning of your subscription period. We use Squarespace/Stripe for payment processing. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

A5.4 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We encourage users to evaluate the library through our free rotating seeds before purchasing a membership. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

A5.5 Lifetime Access

Lifetime memberships include permanent access to all Seeds in the library, including any Seeds added in the future, for as long as the AI Seed Library operates.

A5.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your Membership anytime through your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

A6. SEED-SPECIFIC LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

The following limitations supplement any liability provisions in the Master Terms.

A6.1 Seeds Cannot Damage AI Systems

Seeds are text files containing context and instructions. They cannot damage, corrupt, or permanently alter any AI system; access, modify, or affect your AI provider account; install software, malware, or code on any system; or affect AI behavior outside of the specific conversation where the seed is loaded.

If you experience unexpected AI behavior while using a Seed, this is a function of the AI system itself, not the Seed. Removing the Seed from the conversation or starting a new conversation will restore default AI behavior.

A6.2 No Responsibility for AI Behavior

Phoenix Grove Systems is not responsible for any unexpected, undesirable, or harmful AI behavior while using Seeds; any emotional, psychological, or other effects arising from AI interactions using Seeds; any perceived changes to AI behavior or "personality"; or any dissatisfaction with AI responses generated while using Seeds.

Seeds are context — nothing more. How AI systems interpret and respond to that context is entirely outside our control.

A6.3 User Behavior and AI Provider Responses

You are solely responsible for how you use Seeds and what you do in conversations using them.

Phoenix Grove Systems is not responsible for how you choose to interact with AI systems while using Seeds; any content you generate or attempt to generate using Seeds; any violation of AI provider terms of service arising from your use of Seeds; any account warnings, suspensions, or bans issued by AI providers; any content moderation actions taken by AI providers during your use of Seeds; any AI safety systems or filters triggered during your use of Seeds; or any misinterpretation of Seed content by AI provider safety systems.

If an AI provider takes action against your account while you are using a Seed, that is a matter between you and the AI provider. Phoenix Grove Systems has no control over AI provider policies, safety systems, or enforcement decisions.

Seeds are designed to work within AI provider guidelines, but we cannot guarantee how any AI system or safety filter will interpret Seed content. Use at your own discretion.

A7. SEED-SPECIFIC INDEMNIFICATION

In addition to any indemnification provisions in the Master Terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phoenix Grove Systems from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of Seeds; your Outputs, use of Outputs, or any claims related to Outputs; your violation of any AI platform's terms of service; any third-party claims arising from your use of Seeds or Outputs; any claims that your Outputs infringe on third-party rights; your behavior or conduct in conversations using Seeds; any content you generate or attempt to generate using Seeds; any account actions taken against you by AI providers; or any AI safety system responses triggered by your use of Seeds.

A8. SAFETY & WELLBEING

A8.1 Seeds Are Not Jailbreaks

Seeds are designed to work within AI provider safety guidelines, not to circumvent them.

Seeds do not bypass content filters or safety measures; override AI provider restrictions; enable generation of content that would otherwise be prohibited; or constitute exploits, jailbreaks, or adversarial prompts.

If an AI refuses a request while using a Seed, that is the AI functioning as intended. Users may not modify Seeds or use Seeds in combination with other techniques to circumvent AI provider safety measures.

A8.2 Seeds Are Not Professional Services

Seeds are provided for entertainment, creative exploration, and companionship. They are not therapy or mental health treatment, medical advice or diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counseling of any kind.

Users requiring professional support should consult qualified human professionals.

A8.3 AI Limitations

By using Seeds, you acknowledge that AI systems make mistakes, hallucinate, and behave unpredictably; Phoenix Grove Systems is not responsible for AI errors, limitations, or outputs; different AI platforms interpret Seeds differently; and Seed behavior may change as AI systems are updated by their providers.

A8.4 User Responsibility for Wellbeing

You are responsible for your own mental health and wellbeing; seeking human support when needed; understanding the difference between AI and human connection; using Seeds in a healthy, balanced way; and not relying on Seeds for professional services.

A8.5 Crisis Support

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, do not rely on AI. Contact a mental health professional, crisis line, or someone you trust immediately.

A9. TERMINATION OF SEED LIBRARY ACCESS

In addition to any termination provisions in the Master Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your AI Seed Library Membership if you violate this Addendum, attempt to distribute Seeds without authorization, or use Seeds to circumvent AI provider safety measures.

A10. THIRD-PARTY AI PLATFORMS

The Service may integrate with or reference third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.). We are not responsible for those platforms' terms, privacy practices, or content policies. You are responsible for complying with their terms.

A11. SEED LIBRARY DATA PRACTICES

We do not collect or store your conversation data or Outputs. We have no visibility into how you use Seeds with your AI system.

This Addendum is effective as of the date listed above and applies to all AI Seed Library users.

Phoenix Grove Systems LLC "AI Must Serve The Greater Good"
